HOTEL RESERVATIONS TERMS

Guests must meet the following minimum age requirements to book and check in to a room at select properties:

Casino Hotels - Must be 21 years old

Non-Casino Hotels 18 years old - Hotel reserves the right to require a guest to be 21 YO.


Cancellations: a $25 Cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date you will be charged your first nights room and tax recovery charges.  If you have booked a hotel that is charging you directly you will be billed by that specific hotel for your 1 nights room and tax charges. In some cases reservations are non-cancelable, and this will be noted before you confirm your booking.

For the purpose of changes and cancellations, the check-in date is 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time of the day that you are scheduled to check in to your hotel.  The taxes are tax recovery charges atlanticcityhotelsonline.com pays to its vendors (hotels).

All no-shows and unused portions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that Atlantic City hotels consider arrivals after 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the check-in date a no-show for the entire reservation. Please call atlanticcityhotelsonline.com at 1-800-631-8699 before 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time of your check-in date if you'll be arriving after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time of your check-in date.

Technical Errors, Omissions / Typos: atlanticcityhotelsonline.com is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price or room availability. In a situation when a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price or incorrect room availability, atlanticcityhotelsonline.com is not responsible to fulfill the order. In situations where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided room inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. In situations when a purchase is completed based on incorrect room availability, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase for the same hotel on an alternative date provided room inventory is available, the option of purchasing a room at an alternative hotel provided room inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.


When you complete a hotel reservation at atlanticcityhotelsonline.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:

When a hotel reservation is booked on atlanticcityhotelsonline.com, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately, unless you are booking a hotel that is charging you directly, in which case you pay them at departure.  Hotels that charge you directly are outlined in your booking confirmation that is emailed to you after booking.  Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. The total price we charge includes all tax charges and service fees applicable.

Some hotels may charge an additional phone usage fee, an additional nightly energy surcharge, or other fees not accounted for in the booking process.

Please note that each room is part of a block of rooms. This means that your name(s) will not be in the reservations system of your hotel until three days prior to your arrival.

Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed, we are happy to communicate your request to the hotel on your behalf.

You agree to receive a confirmation email when booking. The confirmation email contains all the details of your transaction and is sent upon completion of your transaction.

Hotels require a credit card, or a cash deposit or both at check-in for incidental charges, and photo identification.

At check-in, the hotel will only allow the guest matching the check-in name(s) that you provided during the purchase process to check into the room. Assigned guests will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Room pictures may differ from the actual room you receive, we update pictures periodically as needed.

For reservations that include Dec. 29 30 or Dec. 31: Your reservation may be changed or cancelled on or before Nov. 30, subject to a $75 per room cancellation or change fee. Cancellations and changes made on or after Dec. 1, are NON-REFUNDABLE. No-shows and unused portions are NON-REFUNDABLE.  In some cases any reservations made for 12/29,30 or 12/31 are completely non-refundable when booked.  This will be outlined before you confirm your booking. Hotels may have minimum-night stay restrictions over holidays and on other occasions that could result in the display of incorrect room availability that does not meet minimum-stay requirements. In such a situation, atlanticcityhotelsonline.com is not responsible to fulfill the order. In these cases, the customer will be given the option to meet the restrictions, provided room inventory is available, or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.

Child age regulations vary by hotel. Hotel fees by child age are accounted for in the atlanticcityhotelsonline.com booking process. atlanticcityhotelsonline.com reserves the right to bill customers who provide incorrect child ages.

atlanticcityhotelsonline.com reserves the right to charge you for additional persons not accounted for during the booking process. For example, if you booked your room for two adults but a third adult stayed in the room, atlanticcityhotelsonline.com may charge you for the undisclosed occupant(s) at a later time.

atlanticcityhotelsonline.com operates as a reservation service, and is not the hotel, thus cannot accept any liability for incidents that may occur at the property or relocation. atlanticcityhotelsonline.com cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, transportation cancellations, or other events beyond our control. Our hotel rates are only available through our website and call center, and cannot be obtained by calling the hotel directly, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlantic County, the state of New Jersey, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.
